Manufacturing Process:

The product is produced using a continuous production line, unlike most domestic competitors that use a non-continuous聽production聽line. This method is highly efficient and saves material costs for downstream customers.we processes UD fabric using imported or domestic聽aramid fibers

(selectable according to customer requirements) and environment-friendly special matrixes. During the processing, the fiber strength loss is minimal. Then, it is laminated with four聽plies of UD fabric,聽cross-plied聽in 0擄/90擄/0擄/90 configuration.
